The MCA has clarified that the processing of name reservation and incorporation forms at the Central Reservation Centre (CRC) is conducted in a faceless & randomised manner. The applications if sent for resubmission are normally not handled by the same official who initially processed them.
Further, stakeholders are encouraged to report any instances of malpractice or irregularity on the part of CRC or any professional with supporting evidence to the Ministry at cvo-mca@gov.in for action.
