Public Notice No. 07/2015-2020 Dated May 6th, 2022
The additional quantity of 2051 MT of raw sugar for export to USA under Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) up to September 30th, 2022 has been notified. With this additional allocation, the quantity for export of sugar to USA under TRQ for the US fiscal year 2022 would be 10475 MT. The other reporting requirements prescribed earlier would continue to be followed. The DGFT has issued public notice in this regard.
