IBC: NCLT/NCLAT does not have jurisdiction to adjudicate upon disputes such as those arising under Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and rules issued thereunder, especially when disputes revolve around decisions of statutory or quasi judicial authorities
