Return Policy

We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below. We may deny any return request if it fails to meet our return criteria.

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold at

*Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition as they were received

**1. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
   2. In case of DVDs and Softwares, CD Key numbers should remain unused. If the activation keys are used, no return will be accepted.
   3. Refunds will not be processed if the request is received beyond the said period.
   4. Refunds will be processed after checking the material within 1-2 days from the receipt of the material.
   5. Returns courier charges to be borne by buyer.

  Returning criteria
All products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken (such as must not show wear or damage, and must be in a condition that permits us to resell them). All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components and the original manufacturer packaging. If you are returning software, you must also include all media and product keys. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange. Taxmann reserves the right to deny any return if it fails to meet the return criteria and conditions.
