7th December


Due date for deposit of Tax deducted/collected for the month of November, 2018



      10th December




1. GSTR-1 (November, 2018): Outward Supplies (Monthly by taxable person other than ISD and those under composition scheme).


2. GSTR-8 (November, 2018): Statement by e-commerce operator

13th December


GSTR-6 (November, 2018) – Input Service Distributor 




15th December




1. Third instalment of advance income-tax for the assessment year 2018-19


2. Due date for furnishing of Form 24G by an office of the Government where TDS for the month of November, 2018 has been paid without the production of a challan


3. Due date for issue of TDS Certificate for tax deducted under section 194-IA/194-IB  in the month of October, 2018



  20th December



1. GSTR-3B (November, 2018) – Summary Return


2. GSTR-5 (November, 2018) – For Non-Resident foreign taxable person


3. GSTR-5A (November, 2018) – For OIDAR services provider


   30th December



Due date for furnishing of challan-cum-statement in respect of tax deducted under section 194-IA/194-IB in the month of November, 2018



  31st December


1. GSTR-9 or GSTR-9A with audit report in GSTR-9C – Annual Return.


2. Form GST ITC-04 (July, 2017 to September, 2018): For availing ITC on goods sent to job worker.


3. GSTR-10: Final Return by those taxpayers whose registration has been cancelled on or before the 30th September, 2018.
