Forms GNL-2, GNL-3 & GNL-4 have been transformed into web-based forms in V3 portal

MCA has amended the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. In Form GNL-2, new sections have been added to provide details about advertisements inviting deposits and for references of the relevant act. Further, MCA has transformed forms GNL-2, GNL-3 & GNL-4 into web-based forms in the V3 portal. Also, a new rule 8A has been added to the existing rules wherein all the e-forms shall be signed by IRP, RP, or liquidator of companies under insolvency or liquidation.
