In year 2018, we launched separate websites covering every facets of corporate laws. We launched separate websites so as to report more stories on a subject and to help the users to do complete and pin-pointed research in that subject. In the last year, we have substantially increased the frequency of reporting of Case Laws and have squeezed the time lines within which a statute should be reported and amended.

Here are our notable attainments and changes in the Year 2018:
  1. We reported 1,100+ Statutes and updated 350+ Statutes (Acts, Rules, Circulars and Notifications) only in company laws.
  2. We covered latest updates and stories from more than 70 sources viz-a-viz 50 sources in 2017. These sources include Ministries, Tribunals, Courts, news websites, etc.
  3. An update is reported at taxmann.com within 20 minutes from its announcement.
