Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 - Establishment of Investor Education and Protection Fund - Notified committee

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee consisting of the following persons to administer the Investor Education and Protection Fund established by the Central Government vide G.S.R.749(E) dated the 1st October, 2001, namely:-

  1. The Members of the Committee shall hold office for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
